Last updated: May 25, 2026

Stream Wave respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices you may have regarding your information. By using Stream Wave, creating an account, selecting a plan, redeeming a trial pass, or contacting support, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information needed to create your account, manage your plan, support your setup, and operate the Stream Wave service.

  • Account information: name, email address, account login information, selected plan, and basic profile details.
  • Subscription information: selected plan, subscription status, trial status, setup status, activation status, trial code usage, next billing date, and related account records.
  • Billing information: payment processing is intended to be handled by Stripe or another approved payment processor. Stream Wave should not store full card numbers. We may store billing-related identifiers, subscription IDs, payment status, and invoice references needed to manage your account.
  • Support information: messages you send through the contact form, support requests, account email, plan details, setup questions, and any information you choose to include in your message.
  • Technical information: device, browser, usage, performance, log, and security information may be collected automatically to help operate, secure, and improve the platform.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate and improve Stream Wave, including:

  • Creating and managing your Stream Wave account.
  • Processing plan selection, trial pass redemption, and subscription status.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and activating your setup.
  • Displaying your dashboard, setup status, billing status, and instructions.
  • Responding to support requests and account questions.
  • Preventing abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse of trial codes.
  • Sending service updates, account notices, billing notices, and policy updates.
  • Improving the website, dashboard, support flow, and customer experience.

3. Trial codes

If you redeem a Stream Wave trial pass code, we may store the code used, whether it is active, its usage count, expiration status, and whether it has already been redeemed. This helps us enforce unique one-time trial code rules and prevent misuse.

4. Billing and payment processors

Stream Wave is designed to use Stripe or another approved payment processor for secure payment handling. Payment processors may collect and process your payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies. Stream Wave does not intend to store full credit card or debit card numbers on its own servers.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers needed to run Stream Wave, such as hosting providers, authentication providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, support tools, database providers, and security services.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms of Service, to protect Stream Wave, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to respond to lawful requests from authorities.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no website, app, database, or internet transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. Passwords and sensitive information

You should not send passwords, private keys, full payment card numbers, or sensitive third-party credentials through the contact form or support messages. Stream Wave may remove or ignore sensitive information that is not needed to provide support.

8. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, manage subscriptions, resolve support issues, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records. We may retain limited records after account closure when required for billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete certain personal information. You may also ask us to close your account or update inaccurate account information.

12. Third-party links and services

Stream Wave may link to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, or content of third-party websites or services. Review their policies before providing information to them.

13. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the website, dashboard, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of Stream Wave after updates means you accept the revised Policy.
