Where will I find my Stream Wave setup details?

Once your setup is activated, your private instructions will appear in your Stream Wave dashboard. We will also send a setup-complete message to the email address on your account. Keep those details private and do not post them in a public message or screenshot.

Can I install Stremio before my Stream Wave setup is complete?

Yes. Installing Stremio now is the best way to get ready. You can complete the device steps on this page, then return when your activation email arrives and sign in using the instructions in your dashboard.

Why can’t I find Stremio in my TV’s app store?

App availability depends on your TV brand, model year, operating system, and region. Stremio currently lists Samsung TVs from 2019 onward and LG TVs from 2020 onward. Android TV and Google TV devices normally use the Google Play Store. If the app still does not appear, send support your exact TV brand and model number so we can point you to the safest supported option.

Which Samsung and LG televisions are supported?

Stremio’s current official guidance lists Samsung TV models from 2019 onward and LG TV models from 2020 onward. Availability can still differ by region and TV software version, so make sure your television is updated before searching its app store.

What should I do if the iPhone or iPad web app will not play?

First, make sure you opened web.stremio.com in Safari and launched it from the Home Screen icon you created. Stremio notes that some web playback on iPhone and iPad may require an external player such as VLC or Outplayer. Follow Stremio’s official iPhone/iPad guide, or contact Stream Wave Support with the error you see.

Can I install Stremio on more than one device?

You can install Stremio on the devices you personally use and sign in with the account associated with your setup. Keep your sign-in information private, use only devices you trust, and sign out of any device you no longer control.

What if my password or setup details do not work?

Copy the details exactly and check that your dashboard says the setup is activated. Watch for accidental spaces and make sure you are using the correct email address. If it still fails, stop guessing and contact support so we can verify the setup without risking a lockout.

Does Stremio work on Roku?

Stremio does not currently list an official Roku app on its downloads page. The most dependable option is to use a supported smart TV or streaming device. You may also be able to cast from a supported device or connect a computer by HDMI, depending on your equipment.

How do I contact Stream Wave Support?

Email support@streamwaveapp.com or use the contact page. Include your account email, device type, TV brand and model if applicable, and the exact error message. A screenshot is helpful as long as it does not show your password or private setup details.
