Terms of Service

Last updated: May 25, 2026

Welcome to Stream Wave. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Stream Wave website, dashboard, subscription plans, setup services, and related support. By creating an account, redeeming a trial pass, selecting a plan, or using Stream Wave, you agree to these Terms.

1. Stream Wave service

Stream Wave provides a managed setup and account dashboard experience for customers who subscribe to a Stream Wave plan. The service may include account setup review, dashboard access, setup instructions, support, and admin activation after a customer selects a plan or redeems a trial pass.

Stream Wave does not guarantee uninterrupted access, instant activation, or compatibility with every device, network, app, or customer environment. Setup timing may vary depending on plan type, customer information, support volume, and technical requirements.

2. Account registration

To use Stream Wave, you may be required to create an account with your name, email address, password, selected plan, and any optional trial pass code. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account login secure.

You should not share your Stream Wave password with anyone. Stream Wave will never ask you to place sensitive passwords, private keys, payment card details, or private third-party credentials inside a public message or support request.

3. Plans and pricing

Stream Wave currently offers two monthly subscription plans: Standard and Premium. Standard is designed for the regular Stream Wave setup experience. Premium includes priority setup review, priority support, faster handling, and premium troubleshooting assistance.

Prices, plan features, and promotional offers may change in the future. Any change affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated through the website, dashboard, email, or billing system where required.

4. Billing cycle

Stream Wave is designed around monthly billing on the 1st of each month. Customers who sign up without a trial pass are expected to pay when they subscribe. Future renewals are intended to align with the 1st of each month.

Once Stripe billing is connected, payment processing, invoices, payment methods, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, and billing portal access will be handled through Stripe or another approved payment processor.

5. Trial passes

Stream Wave may offer unique one-time trial pass codes to selected new customers. A trial pass code is optional and may allow a customer to try the service until the 1st of the next month before billing begins.

Trial pass codes are intended for individual use, may be limited to one use, may expire, and may be revoked if misused. If a trial pass is redeemed, the customer must still choose a plan and may be required to provide payment information before trial access begins. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected paid plan may begin on the 1st of the next month.

6. Setup activation

Creating an account, selecting a plan, redeeming a trial pass, or completing payment does not always mean setup is instantly active. Some accounts may require manual admin review and activation. Your dashboard may show setup status such as pending, in review, or activated.

Setup instructions, if applicable, will appear in your dashboard after activation. You agree to follow any setup instructions responsibly and contact support if you have questions.

7. Cancellation

Once billing is connected, customers may cancel their subscription through the billing portal or any other cancellation method made available through the dashboard. Cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

To avoid a future renewal charge, cancellation should be completed before the next billing date. If you are on a trial, cancellation should be completed before the trial ends if you do not want the paid plan to begin.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in the Stream Wave Refund Policy. Unless otherwise required by law or specifically approved by Stream Wave, subscription payments are generally not automatically refundable after setup has been reviewed, activated, or made available.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Stream Wave, interfere with the website or dashboard, attempt unauthorized access, abuse trial codes, submit false information, use another person’s account without permission, or use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

10. Support and communication

Stream Wave may contact you by email or through your dashboard about your account, subscription, trial, billing, setup status, support requests, policy updates, or service changes. You are responsible for keeping your account email accurate and checking your dashboard for important updates.

11. Third-party services

Stream Wave may rely on third-party tools for hosting, authentication, payments, email, analytics, support, or other functionality. These services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, limitations, and availability requirements.

12. Service availability

Stream Wave is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, pause, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.

13. Termination

Stream Wave may suspend or terminate an account if we believe the user violated these Terms, misused the service, abused trial access, failed to pay, submitted false information, created risk for the platform, or used the service in a way that may harm Stream Wave or other users.

14. Disclaimer

Stream Wave is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully secure, or compatible with every device, app, network, or customer expectation.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stream Wave will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users by email, dashboard notice, or website update. Continued use of Stream Wave after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
